Oh yeah baby... a nice 30 - 40 min climb to start off with is what the Dr ordered. Its only a 4km climb but you know your going up believe me. From the top of Mt Allen you cross back down to the Jimna access (Sunday Creek rd and there are stacks of possibilities.

Its easy to get lost - so best get one of the locals to head out with you.
